Great house! Very clean and looked just like the photos. Mark the host was easy to work with and was very responsive. The outdoor pool area was amazing and the house had all the beach equipment/beach towels we needed. Location was a short drive to Seista Key and very convenient and close to everything. Very clear instructions and great communication. I highly recommend! I will be staying again in the future.

Mark’s place was perfect for our beach getaway with our adult children. Plant of space, clean, with everything we could need. Location was easy to our favorite beaches and having beach chairs and towels for use was very convenient. Mark was very responsive, friendly and hope to stay there again!

Absolutely wonderful experience all around. Mark is a wonderful host that is incredibly communicative. The property is in the perfect location. Near the best beaches but far enough to escape and find some privacy. The home’s design is perfect, rooms conveniently situated around common spaces and all the essentials are covered and then some. The pool was perfect for the whole family, great temperature and thoughtful depth grading making it super safe for kids and relaxing for adults.
We are looking forward to coming back!

We had such an amazing family getaway! The house was exactly like the photos—spotless, airy, and beautifully kept—but somehow even better in person. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, just a quick and easy 7-minute hop to the beach. We were thrilled to find it stocked with all the beach-day essentials: comfy chairs, shady umbrellas, and even a cooler for our snacks and drinks. Mark was a rockstar host—super friendly, quick to respond, and always happy to help. This place is a total gem, and we’d recommend it in a heartbeat to any family looking for a fun, stress-free escape! We are excited to come back!!

Our family had an amazing time at this beautiful home. Mark was an incredible host, always very responsive and helpful. The house is absolutely as seen on pictures and everything inside is in wonderful condition. The heated pool was the highlight of the trip as we were able to enjoy the pool throughout the day. The beds were incredibly comfortable and in pristine condition. The house has an ideal location, only a few minutes from the beach and downtown Sarasota with lots to do! Our family will be returning to Mark’s place. It has been one of our favorites.

Una estancia maravillosa donde celebramos el cumpleaños 15 de mi hijo mas pequeño con toda nuestra familia,a solo 5 minutos de la playa # 1 en América,cercano de tiendas,restaurantes y supermercados y apenas al final de la calle una Fontana y bancos para disfrutar de atardeceres increíbles una locación que recomiendo a todos ❤️❤️❤️

We had an amazing stay! The property was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The amenities were fantastic and made our stay extra comfortable. It was also perfect for our group, with plenty of space and thoughtful touches to accommodate multiple guests. The host was friendly, communicative, and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone traveling with family or a group!
